- Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and product events.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
User accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You can update or delete your account at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting support.
Contact data
Data about your end customers is processed by Klevo on your behalf. You remain the data controller; we are the data processor. We will never sell or use this data to train models for other customers.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to measure aggregate product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies from your browser at any time.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Production access is restricted to a small set of authorized engineers and audited. We run continuous security monitoring and a responsible disclosure program.
Third-party services
We rely on a limited number of sub-processors for hosting, email delivery, error tracking, WhatsApp Business API access, and payments. A current list is available on request.
